After completing her law studies, Jana founded the start-up company Friendscout24 with her brother and mother as well as partners such as RTL, T-Online and the Scout 24 group. Later she specialized in brand law and worked for many years as a consultant and director for new media for various clients. During that time Jana started to write for the Sesame Street Workshop and completed stations on children's television (WDR) and the FLASH film production (broadcast with the mouse). Jana also co-founded WIFT Germany, a non-profit corporate network for women in the fields of film, television and digital media which regularly organizes industry events, training programs and film screenings in Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart. As a member of the board of WIFT Germany www.wiftg.de for more than 10 years Jana devoted herself to connecting women working in the media industry and providing a platform for exchange, collegial support and professional collaboration. Jana is the producer of the online game Merlantis www.merlantis.de, funded by initiative "A Network for Children" and by the Ministry of Families, Women, Senior Citizens and Youth and the Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
