After finishing her sociology studies in Marburg, Lena went to Berlin to take care of the submissions for the German Computer Game Award. She also worked in Berlin for GAME e.V. as office manager and Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg as speaker manager for medienwoche@IFA.
This was followed in 2014 by a position as Business Administration at Wargaming Europe. At the same time she was freelance speaker manager for Aruba Events since 2013.
In 2015 she decided to join the Aruba Events team in Cologne. And until 2017 she was involved in the design of major events for the games industry such as Respawn/Devcom, gamescom and QUO VADIS as project lead.
Lena came to Berlin in 2018 and has been COO of Booster Space ever since. With her commitment to more women in industry, she is also part of Team Womenize! as a project lead.
